Closing Attorney Sentenced

A Georgia woman who conducted mortgage loan closings was sentenced to almost five years in prison for the multi-million dollar scheme.
Mary Reagan, doing business as The Reagan Law Group, was also ordered to pay restitution of more than $4 million after pleading guilty last July prior to going to trial. Reagan transferred millions of dollars to her co-conspirators and assisted in falsifying closing documents.
