Commercial Fraudster Sentenced

A commercial loan officer was convicted and will spend 12 years in prison for wire and mail fraud.
Mitchel Fuchs aka Mike Fox was sentenced to 144 months in prison after defrauding commercial lenders using false information to secure mortgage loans for unqualified borrowers. Fuchs worked at Mortgage Solutions and Leader Mortgage at the time of the fraud.
Fuch's coconspirators Frank Anast, 59, of Rockford, Ill.; and Jessica Gibson, 26, of Loves Park, also face charges.
