Cop’s Fraud Conspirators Sentenced

While the sentencing for a former Indiana cop guilty of mortgage fraud has been delayed, two others have been sentenced for their part.
Robert Culp’s sentencing has been moved to January. An accomplice, Linda Riffle pleaded guilty last October and was recently sentenced to 27 months in prison for her role as a recruiter for the straw buyers. Riffle was paid $300 per home sold.
A third party involved, William Depalma, was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
