Two men who have become infamous for their participation in multimillion-dollar mortgage fraud and ponzi schemes are being sued by a Florida mortgage lender.
Christopher Warren, 26, and Scott Cavell, 25, who ran Triduanum are accused of submitting 30 bogus home loans to Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp. of Ocala, Fla. The lender funded the loans and wired Triduanum $7.8 million shortly before Warren and Cavell fled the country.
The suit also names former Triduanum president Johnny "Jay" Grivette.
