PRESS RELEASE

Tool Combats Flipping, Foreclosure Fraud

RealCheck Database Identifies Potential Fraud and Suspicious 'Flipping' Activity in the Atlanta Area

Atlanta, GA (Feb. 21, 2007) -- Equity Depot (www.equitydepot.net) announced today the release of RealCheck, a new product that allows customers to find historical foreclosure information on properties to identify potential fraud, suspicious "flipping" activity and view previous foreclosure activity on a property.

RealCheck is a comprehensive on-line database which has over 5 years of history in the Atlanta metro area including owner name, lender, property address, deed book & page. The product is an instant service which can be checked using an owner's name or property address.

"Our customers have a tremendous need to instantly check past foreclosure history on owners that have defaulted in the past or properties which have been foreclosed on multiple times. We have many instances where the same properties and owners have appeared in our database multiple times. RealCheck puts the power to check this information at loan origination or during default to track people, properties or the associated history trends" said Mark Sulimirski, Chief Product Architect.

RealCheck will be available to both Equity Depot customers as well as LoanGuard customers.
