The U.S. Justice Department is including more funding in 2010 for FBI agents to investigate mortgage fraud.
Almost four percent more funds have been requested in the budget to be used for additional resources. Attorney General Eric Holder said the funds would be used for the addition of federal prosecutors, civil litigators and bankruptcy attorneys.
