Fire Rescue Employees Charged

Federal agents are charging a Miami Fire Rescue captain with mortgage fraud charges related to cocaine trafficking in South Florida.
Gamaliel N. Souffrant, is reportedly expected to surrender to FBI and IRS agents by Monday. The 19-year veteran of the Miami Fire Rescue was charged, as was his brother, Garry Souffrant, a minister and supervisor at Boca Raton Fire Rescue, his wife and one other individual.
