Former Employees Seek Money Due

A mortgage company that paid out more than $1 million after a judge ruled they were liable for mortgage fraud is now accused of withholding pay from its former employees.
Charlotte, N.C.-based First Metropolitan Mortgage's former branch manager says the company still owes him about $5,400 and another branch manager claims $11,000 is due to him. First Metropolitan began closing its branches January 1st, and allegedly promised to pay the branch manager by March.
The company's lawyer said theyt will be handling these complaints privately.
