Two men were found guilty on all charges against them in connection with the biggest mortgage racketeering fraud case in Minnesota’s history.
Scott Rosenlund and Shinon Lindberg were convicted on charges that included racketeering and swindle that involved up to $2.5 million.
Through Rosenlund’s development and home building company, 10Spring Homes, the pair along with Celeste Skaar recruited straw buyers to purchase properties at inflated values. Skaar pleaded guilty earlier this year. She owned a mortgage brokerage located next door to Rosenlund’s company office.
Rosenlund and Lindberg are to be sentenced in February.
