A south Florida attorney has been disbarred after a guilty plea on charges relating to mortgage fraud and his work as a closing and title agent.
Richard Aronsky and a business partner had reportedly several lawsuits filed against them alleging the pair offered to refinance mortgages, but never paid off the original liens nor recorded new ones.
Aronsky reportedly said he never was a person that strived to take advantage of anyone and never would. One of the reported properties in the suit was a $5 million mansion in Miami Beach.
