A 41-year-old Pennsylvania woman spent years forging mortgage loan documents and deeds behind her husband's back, also forging her mother-in-law's name. She took out almost a half million dollars in loans over a three-year span.
Andrea Lamazza pleaded guilty to forging her estranged husband and his mother's names, 14 times and eight times respectively, in order to secure mortgage loans on hers and her in-law's properties. She was also accused by a former employer of embezzling $128,000 while working as a real estate agent.
