No Love for Mortgage Fraud

An $800 million fortune belonging to the family of a late rock star has been compromised by greedy associates of the late rocker, according to the family. A lawsuit has been filed that includes acts of mortgage fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
Kurt Cobain, former lead singer of popular rock group Nirvana, left a fortune behind after his apparent suicide. The plaintiff's in the case, Courtney Love, Cobain's daughter Frances Bean Cobain, his mother, brother and two sisters claim that several people pilfered Cobain's estate, including former assistants, managers, CPAs, lawyers and a couple of banks.
Reports claim the defendants would sell a piece of property repeatedly to make a profit and that the plaintiff's identities were essentially stolen to use for purchases of properties as well.
