Not Guilty Pleas on 34 Counts

Two men accused of a $500,000 mortgage fraud involving 12 real estate transactions in Missouri have pleaded not guilty.

Robert P. Wrolstad and Russell T. McBride were indicted on a total of 34 counts in April. They are accused of inflating appraisals and falsifying information in order to obtain loans from various lenders.

They are each charged with conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, and money laundering.
