Pastor Allegedly Commits Sin

A Denver minister was indicted on eight counts of felony theft and eight counts of felony forgery in connection with an $80,000 mortgage fraud scheme.
Harold Joe Hicks, a pastor at Mount Carmel Community Baptist, is accused of using straw buyers and fabricating information to obtain mortgage loans. Lenders reportedly lost at least $80,000 on loans for eight properties.
