An Indiana man was arrested while incarcerated at a correctional facility on six felony counts stemming from a mortgage fraud investigation in which he posed as a licensed mortgage broker, although wasn’t registered with the state.
Jason L. Keigley, 36, was initially arrested in the midst of trying to close two loans after being arrested for the first fraud attempt. He faces three counts of loan broker fraud and three counts of acting as a loan broker without a license.
