PRESS RELEASE

Fraud Teleconference Call Series Continues

Realtor Ralph Roberts continues his successful teleseminar series on Feb. 6th

Detroit, MI (Jan. 13, 2007) -- Did you miss Ralph Roberts’ successful conference call last month? If so, on February 6, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. as one of the nation’s leading experts in real estate and mortgage fraud, Roberts (www.ralphroberts.com), will host the second in a series of free teleconference calls to offer advice on how to avoid real estate and mortgage fraud and what to do if you believe you’ve been targeted. (Even if you attended their last seminar you don’t want to miss this one. They will have more information and more expert advice.).

According to FBI statistics, real estate and mortgage fraud has cost the American public over a billion dollars in 2005. This is double the amount from the year before. Many people may not realize they are victims until they find themselves in foreclosure or have been evicted. The American dream of homeownership is quickly becoming a nightmare.

The call on February 6th continues the new monthly series by Roberts to address the many requests he gets for help on the topic of fraud every week. These teleseminars are scheduled for the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. EST. People from all over the country post their stories on Flipping Frenzy (www.flippingfrenzy.com) describing how they are victims of real estate and mortgage fraud and ask what can they do about it. “This seminar series allows me to help more people. We have various industry insiders and experts joining us on the call,” he says. These calls cover signs of real estate and mortgage fraud and will give listeners tips for prevention and solutions if they feel they’ve been scammed.

The seminar series is just one of the ways Roberts is working to fight real estate and mortgage fraud. He also posts information regularly to his blog Flipping Frenzy (www.flippingfrenzy.com), trains other Realtors® and speaks to law enforcement agencies concerning prevention, and consumer and industry insider’s education.

There is no charge except for normal long distance phone rates (if applicable), but registration is required. Please contact Kym for details at (586) 751-0000 or email her at kymjohnson@ralphroberts.com.

Ralph R. Roberts’s success in real estate sales is legendary. He has been profiled by the Associated Press, CNN, and Time magazine and has done hundreds of radio interviews. He’s a seasoned professional in all areas of real estate. Roberts (www.aboutralph.com) is a nationally recognized speaker and expert witness for the real estate industry.

He has also penned several successful titles, including Sell It Yourself: Sell Your Home Faster and for More Money Without Using a Broker (Adams Media Corporation), and Real Wealth by Investing in Real Estate (Prentice Hall). His most recent book, Flipping Houses for Dummies (Wiley) was released in November 2006 (already in its second printing). He has two additional books in the works with a spring 2007 publication date.
