An Attorney General is warning seniors of the dangers of mortgage fraud and what kinds of schemes to keep an eye out for.
Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan spoke to seniors in St. Louis to address the efforts made by her office regarding the foreclosure crisis. She also warned of "title taking schemes" that involve con artists convincing homeowners to sign over the title to their home.

Madigan has filed lawsuits in November against seven companies allegedly involved in mortgage fraud.
