Lawsuit Terms Unfulfilled

Poconos homebuyers have yet to see any results from a tentative settlement with those being held responsible for defrauding almost 100 victims.
The defendants' lawyers are asking the court to reopen the case that involved homebuilder Gene Percudani, Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp. and appraiser Dominick Stranieri among others. Percaudani allegedly has failed to commit the funds necessary for his part of the settlement and the defendants would like to see a new trial for Percudani.
All the defendants have reportedly denied the charges that they participated in defrauding the plaintiffs.
