Charges Dropped in Alleged Swindle Case

A Minnesota man was found innocent of any mortgage fraud and now could sue a state investigator for attempting to intimidate him into confessing a crime he didn't commit.
Jon Kietzer was accused of using a false appraisal on a house and land to obtain a $100,000 line of credit from Community Bank for the Minnesota Game and Fish Preservation. After hearing testimony from banking experts, the judge said it was clear that Kietzer had done nothing wrong.
Three bankers agreed it was a perfectly good loan.
