Warehouse Lending Workshop

Warehouse Lending Expert to Moderate Workshop on Industry Issues

ATLANTA -- (Sept. 27, 2006) Street Resource Group (SRG) will host the 2006 Middle Market Warehouse Lender Workshop in Chicago on Monday, October 23, 2006.

This industry issues workshop is designed for mortgage warehouse lending companies and financial institution commercial lenders who provide interim funding to the small cap mortgage originator market.

Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to:

• Title company issues with closing protection letters
  
  
• eNotes and MERS eRegistry
  
  
• Mortgage fraud mitigation
  
  
• Early purchase programs
  
  
• Intercreditor agreements
  
  

Participants will also engage in open discussions about best practices concerning topics covered in the workshop or other issues of interest.

Stanley Street, president of Atlanta-based Street Resource Group (SRG), will moderate the workshop. Participation is limited to warehouse lenders only. A workshop review and summary to all media will be available on Tuesday morning courtesy of SRG.
