A Massachusetts woman who supplied two lenders with at least 22 property appraisals admitted that she was not licensed and falsely represented herself as a legitimate appraiser.
Dorie DiMarca provided appraisals to both New England Regional Mortgage and First Call Mortgage in New Hampshire. It is reported that DiMarca faxed the appraisals to the lenders. She pleaded guilty to two counts of wire fraud.
