Vegas Foreclosure Rescue Scam

A 64-year-old man pleaded guilty to participating in a mortgage fraud scam that led homeowners to believe their home would be saved from foreclosure by signing the deed over to a corporation in their own name.
Mathew Marion was ordered to pay a $20,000 fine to the sat and restitution to Clark County for almost $90,000 and his victims of $43,000. He pleaded guilty to nine counts of making false representations on titles and one count of making a fraudulent conveyance in connection with a mortgage foreclosure rescue scam.
